I'm probably being a tad dramatic, just figured I'd share and see if I'm the only one who's had this experience □ or if anyone actually has come up with a way to keep the key attached or something. But goes away pretty quick when you get to finally hold the new tool, knowing just how much it is going to make life easier. Stress or anxiety bout the money spent? Sure. Can honestly say, not once have I bought any kinda tool or power tool for decent amount of money, and actually had instant regret lol. Sorry for the long winded post, this was most definitely a first for me. Started to look online for like a custom clip or see if anyone's made a way to keep theirs attached. I know this thing will come in handy, but part of me wants to return it and hold out for a different one. Like an Allen key specifically for just one tool. But as someone who's constantly on the go, going in and outta places with my tools, it's incredibly easy to lose or forget the smaller little tools you rarely need. It's not the biggest deal in the world, sure. Why on earth would you make this require an Allen key? And also, not even add some sorta way to like clip or attach it to the tool itself. What were they thinking with this design□♂️ just about every single multi tool I've used or seen has a toolless blade swap feature. Love Milwaukee, have yet to have any complaints or issues with any of my tools. All of my tools are M12, as well as a M18 impact/drill combo kit(another deal I just couldn't pass up at the time). Now, I want to clarify I'm in no way bashing Milwaukee. Got to the car, and just like a kid on Christmas morning, I immediately open it up to see and hold the tool I've been longing for for months now. Needless to say, I walked around the store for a good hour looking at all the other stuff I knew I really needed, going back and forth in my head if I should get the Multi Tool. the beautiful little M12 Multi Tool right on the end cap of the aisle. Got to the store, straight to that beloved tool section, and what do I see. Anyways, saw online that they were upwards of $130 still, knew I wasn't gonna spend the money just yet. I'm always looking online tho at various tools(M12/M18 specifically) that are on my wish list, the Multi Tool(or oscillating tool, whatever you wanna call it) being at the top as Im always borrowing one of my coworkers DeWalt one and love how versatile they are. So today I made a Home Depot trip that was definitely long overdue(or at least that's what I tell myself lol) I've been needing to replace some random tools that have either been stolen from me, damaged, used up, etc. News Article Promo/Deal M12 M18 MX Fuel Packout Purchase Advice Information Rumors Media Helpful Links No self-promotion/Sale of Items more ››.No memes, image macros, reaction gifs/videos, etc.Posts related to firearms, religion, or flags will be allowed but locked.Includes but not limited to religious and political topics.
